This holiday home with a hot tub is located on Fjellerup Beach. The 120 m2 holiday home is divided into a living room and kitchen of 44 m2, four bedrooms with absolute sleeping comfort and two bathrooms, both with showers. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has a gas barbecue and gas bottle. It also has a Quoker. The house is comfortably furnished. You can relax in the hot tub in the house. And on hot summer days you can take a rinse in the outdoor shower. There is no less than 140 m2 of terrace surrounding the house, so there is plenty of opportunity to find a spot in the sun. On the 1200 m2 plot, there is plenty of space for children to play. There is a playground in the area where there is plenty of space to play ball. The house has a swing and a trampoline. The house is located very close to the popular beach in Fjellerup. There is a carport that keeps the car in the shade while also providing better shielding for the garden and terrace. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
