The kitchen is connected to a dining area and a well-equipped living room, which opens onto a west-facing terrace. The home offers one bedroom with a double bed and two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower and washing machine is also available for your convenience. Around the house, you will find several terraces that make it easy to follow the sun throughout the day or find shade when needed. In the evenings, the west-facing terrace provides the perfect spot to enjoy a barbecue while watching the sunset. Whether you are planning a family holiday or a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, this holiday home offers an ideal combination of comfort, charm, and proximity to the sea. Please note that rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
