This apartment is strategically located in the Port of Ferrol, in the Ferrol Vello area—the perfect spot to explore the city in depth. It features two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with an exterior window, a dining room, and a bathroom. It’s a quiet and very convenient apartment for enjoying a few days in the city. Just a few metres from any point of interest.<br><br> This apartment is rented as a whole and will be available exclusively to our guests.<br><br> IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodation is heated by radiators, which are operational from November through April. In the spirit of responsible use—given the current climate and social emergency—we want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, and given our city’s oceanic climate, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C, heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature between 18° and 20° C. The maximum operating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather. Guests may choose the operating schedule based on their living habits. It’s important to understand that heating a property like ours is not the same as heating a smaller space, such as a hotel room (15 m²). <br><br> Check-in will take place between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (*) We do not have a 24-hour front desk, so please provide an approximate check-in time a couple of days before your arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m., when the cleaning crew arrives. Keys will be left at the location indicated by the Host. Parties or events are prohibited. Access is prohibited for anyone not registered at the property. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property. Pets are not allowed. (*) A late check-in may be requested in advance, between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, for an additional fee of 20 euros, to be paid in cash to the Host in charge of check-in. No check-ins will be accepted after 11:00 PM; after this time, the reservation will be considered a NO SHOW.<br><br> Getting around the city of Ferrol by car is easy, but if you don’t want to use your own vehicle, we also have good public transport available. In any case, when staying at our apartment, you’ll hardly need it, as it’s located a 5-minute walk from the city centre and the area’s main tourist attractions.<br><br> Apartment in the heart of Ferrol Vello. Just a minute from the starting point of the famous English Way. It’s on the third floor without an lift. It has two bedrooms with windows that open to the outside. Both rooms feature double beds and spacious closets. The living room features a three-seater chaise longue sofa and a 42-inch TV. The kitchen, with a small counter and four stools, is fully equipped with everything you need: a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, and washing machine. It has a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is heated by electric heating (for more information, see “Other Important Details”). The entire apartment has internet access.<br><br> The owner will not be present, but a professional host will be available to assist guests with whatever they need, whether it’s an emergency (a breakdown, damage, etc.) or to provide tourist information and local recommendations ;)
