En el anuncio no se indica que el piso es un 4 sin ascensor. La entrega de llaves se realizó mas tarde de la hora acordada. El mantenimiento del piso dejaba que desear, radiadores descolgados y un estor en una habitacion sin colgar. La limpieza era mejorable, las ventanas, los cristales y las mamparas sucias y las tazas del vater tuvimos que comprar dos botellas de lejia para que quedasen limpias.

Le falta atención a los detalles, si bien subsanaron parte de los problemas al comunicarlo, otros como la falta de escobillas en los WC, que la tostadora no funcionara, el grifo de la cocina descolgado, al igual que el radiador del salón..., no se solucionaron en los cuatro días de estancia.
En todo caso lo que es importante señalar es que se trata de un cuarto sin ascensor y que el aparcamiento en la zona es un horror, casi imposible a partir de las 20:00h.
