We liked the unit, but walk ability was difficult for us. Steep uphill climb making walking back very hard. We ended up Ubering everywhere.

Easy access with excellent communication and instructions including photos. Flat itself is spacious, light and comfortable. Little added extras were appreciated, like cold water bottles in the fridge, coffee pods, dishwasher tablets and a couple of laundry pods. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was efficient so slept well. Excellent location for walking into Como and we particularly enjoyed being close to Villa Olmo and the lido. There is a small slope going up to the flats (not an issue for us) and there are about 5-6 stairs inside the block before you can access the little lift so wouldn’t be considered accessible for disabled travellers, but it was great for us. Also the train track being right behind the flats is not an issue, we barely heard anything so don’t let that put you off! Would 100% stay again. Very good value for money near the lake.
