The house has two older bathrooms with shower, one with whirlpool for relaxing moments. Older kitchen with dishwasher in connection with the dining room. From the living room there is access to an open terrace with dining area and barbecue. Covered and semi-enclosed terrace with lounge furniture. Large lawn with space for ball games and play. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
