Holiday apartment down to Tranum Beach. The apartment is furnished with one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is also a living room/kitchen with access to a terrace and a separate bathroom and toilet. Everything is well maintained and in order. The holiday apartment includes a shared swimming pool (open from Easter to week 42). You have a view of the shared outdoor swimming pool from the apartment. There are also many other activities such as table tennis and billiards. Here you can have a wonderful holiday with a very large and varied range of activities right outside the door. The apartment is for guests who want to be close to the North Sea with the wide, lovely beach and good opportunities for activities in the area with the classic dune landscape, ridges created by the ice age as well as forests and lakes. Not rented to youth groups. Water, fixed price 205 dkk per week We do not want to rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
