Holiday home in Gilleleje / Tinkerup Strand in a good location close to the beach and the town in a cozy holiday home area. The cottage has a combined living room and kitchen with access to two lovely terraces with garden furniture and barbecue, so the sun can be enjoyed all day in the enclosed garden. The living room with modern decor has air / air heat pump, wood burning stove, internet and TV. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms. The house is located a few minutes from good local sandy beach. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
