Nice holiday house with lake plot and panoramic views of the Fannefjord. Suitable for hobby / sport fishing and family holidays. Holiday house with living room, kitchen, and bathroom on both floors. The living room on the 1st floor has a wood burning stove. German and international TV channels via Astra1 and Chromecast. Large and spacious plot for outdoor activities. Nearest grocery store 12 km. 28 km to Molde which has everything a small town can offer. Water park, good restaurants, and shops. Fisheries museum and a folk museum with large exhibition buildings. The local area has many good hiking opportunities, the nearest high mountain is Skåla, 1128 masl. 2 km to Oselva and 4 km to Osvatnet, with a population of inland trout, sea trout and salmon. Fishing licenses are required for fishing in Oselva and Osvatnet. Fannefjorden offers a varied and rich saltwater fishing. Filleting area for fish with light and running water in the holiday home's basement. Distance to the fjord and mooring, 30 m. Boat for rent between 1 May to 1 October: 1 x 21 foot Øien620F with 60 HP engine, GPS / chart plotter / echo sounder and 8 pole holders.
