Résidence Beach palace 1, apartment at the beach

This apartment has undergone extensive renovations in recent months. All the furniture and appliances are brand-new and modern. We have carefully selected all the interior design elements and accessories to ensure the apartment meets all your expectations.

The complex has two entrances: the first leads to the main road, and the second takes you directly to the beach. The beach and the famous Mohammedia Boulevard are lined with cafés, restaurants, and all kinds of children’s activities. It’s a prime location for a summer holiday. In addition to the beach, this complex features a large private pool where you can relax and take a dip. The apartment overlooks this beautiful private pool and the garden (see photo). From the rooftop, you can also enjoy the ocean view and the stunning sunset.

The apartment is perfectly located, making it possible to walk to the city centre or the park. It’s also easily accessible by taxi or car. Free parking is available both on the street and in the private garage.
