The house is located at Waterpark Yn e Lijte near the ferry to the Bird, a beautiful island near Grou. The famous cycling tour "De 8 van Grou" starts here, where you are transferred by 8 bicycle ferries. Grou is a water sports village with many activities, near Leeuwarden. You can rent a sloop 300 m from the house. The ideal place for lovers of water, peace and nature! It is wonderful to be able to sit outside on the spacious terrace as soon as the sun shines. The house has a living room with open kitchen that is fully equipped. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other room has a single loft bed. The house is located in a small-scale park with a children's swimming pool.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
