Luxury Pool Villa Oliveto - Belcantovillas

Authentic Tuscan estate located on the green hills of Lucca, overlooking the surrounding countryside up to the Apuan Alps.
It can accommodate up to 18 people, in 8 bedrooms (+ double sofa bed) and 8 bathrooms.

The villa, originally built in the 1700s, has the original stone walls and red brick decorations, typical of Tuscan rural buildings.
It has been renovated with extreme attention to detail and excellent taste. The interiors are stylish, bohemian aesthetics blended with original artwork and pieces.

The garden extends over different levels, allowing each guest to find their own personal corner of privacy and relaxation.
The private garden features a lawn with large pots of flowers, citrus fruits, aromatic plants and vines.
A pergola covered with various varieties of climbing plants surrounds the villa.
Inside the garden there is a comfortable Patio sitting area, furnished with sofas, armchairs and tables (the ideal place to relax while enjoying the wonderful landscape); a comfortable dining area, located near the kitchen and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals.
From the Patio sitting area a few stairs lead up to the Greenhouse, a cozy, intimate and scenic glassed-in retreat where you can relax, practice yoga and even paint. Further up you reach a panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy the splendid view of the valley.

The outdoor spaces are embellished by the splendid view of the valley.
On a higher level than the villa, and reachable with easy steps, there is the Swimming pool with Solarium, hammock, and outdoor shower.
The swimming pool, appropriately fenced, has a size of 7 mt. x 14 mt. and a depth varying from 1 mt. to 2.5 mt. and offers guests a wonderful panoramic view.
Near the swimming pool you will find an equipped gazebo and a small annex pool house that serves as a changing room, equipped with a bathroom, shower, refrigerator and two single beds (usable only for an afternoon nap, not as an additional bedroom).
At guests' disposal, in front of the villa, there is also a barbecue and a wood-fired oven, ideal for cooking tasty pizzas.

Equipped with many comforts (air conditioning, satellite TV, pool house, hydromassage tub...) it is the ideal accommodation for entertaining a large group of guests - or a family reunion - who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Lucca countryside, short distance from the seaside resorts (Versilia is only 35 km away).
Perfect year-round Tuscan retreat offering large fireplaces, wood-burning pizza oven, BBQ and various outdoor dining areas.
Ideal place for small events (romantic wedding, birthday...) for a maximum number of 30 guests (20 indoor).

The villa is immersed in a typically picturesque and hilly landscape of Tuscany, a few km from the center of Lucca.
The enchanting city of Lucca - traditionally called the "city of a hundred churches" due to the large number of places of worship within the city center - has a great variety of historic buildings, trendy shops, high quality restaurants and bars and atmospheric cafés.
The city is home to numerous and varied musical and cultural events throughout the year, such as the "Lucca Summer Festival", "Lucca Winter Festival" and the "Lucca Comics & Games".

A short distance from the villa is Montecatini Terme, the renowned Tuscan spa resort, and Pisa, the city of the leaning tower. Both Florence and Siena are within easy reach of the property.
For nature and sport lovers (trekking and mountain biking) it is advisable to visit Garfagnana, a historical and wooded region located between the Apuan Alps and the Versilia coast. This beautiful area is filled with natural landscapes, mountain trails and quaint old villages.

For lovers of the Tuscan food and wine tradition, you can follow the "Wine and Oil Road" of Lucca, Montecarlo and Versilia, which leads to the small medieval village of Montecarlo, famous for the production of wine and extra virgin olive oil.
Finally, for those wishing to visit the coast and the seaside resorts, just 35 km from the villa, you will find Versilia, the famous seaside resort, known for its nightlife and entertainment, of the cities of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta.

The pool measures 7 meters. x 14 m. and has a variable depth from 1 mt. at 2.5 m. and has a solarium area with a splendid view over the valley.
Adjacent is an equipped gazebo and a small annex (pool house) which serves as a changing room, equipped with bathroom, shower, fridge and two single beds (for an afternoon nap).

The property (6,458 Square Feet), spread over 3 floors, can accommodate up to 18 people in 8 bedrooms (in addition to a living room with double sofa bed) and 8 bathrooms.
The decor is characterized by a perfect fusion of modern and functional furnishings with elegant and antique pieces.
The rooms are spacious with high ceilings with original wooden beams, and the floors have kept their original red terracotta tiles.
All rooms (not only bedrooms) are equipped with air conditioning (fan coil adjustable hot/cold), including kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony…

Ground floor: You are greeted by a living room with sofa, card table and piano, which overlooks a larger living room with fireplace, wide view of the roof and balcony, equipped with a large TV screen and large sofa (also useful as a meeting room).
From here there is access to a large external loggia with sitting room and dining area with a table for 12 people.
The kitchen is well equipped, has a table for 8 and a glass door that overlooks the garden and the outdoor dining area.
It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, Italian coffee machine (Moka), American coffee machine, oven, kettle, double fridge with ice machine, toaster, blender and juicer.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom and the laundry room.

First Floor: There is a large two-story sitting room with a marble fireplace.
The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms:
- Bedroom #1 on the right with two single beds (cannot be joined to form a double bed) and a view of the valley. It has its own ensuite Bathroom #1 with a shower.
- Bedroom #2 on the right with a double bed (cannot be split) and a view of the valley. It has its own ensuite Bathroom #2 with a bathtub.
- Bedroom #3 on the right with two single beds (can be joined to form a double bed) and a view of the olive trees. It has its own ensuite Bathroom #3 with a bathtub.
- Bedroom #4 on the left with two single beds (can be joined to form a double bed) and a view of the olive trees.
- Bedroom #5 on the left with a double bed (cannot be split) and a private terrace.
Bedrooms #4 and #5 share a Bathroom #4 with a shower.

Second Floor:
On the second and top floor is the master bedroom suite, consisting of: - a walk-through study with a fireplace and a sofa bed with two single beds (can be joined to form a double bed),
- a massage room, - Suite Room #6 with a double canopy bed (cannot be split),
and - a large Bathroom #5 with a shower and a whirlpool tub, which can be used by both Suite Room #6 and the sofa bed.

Ground Floor Apartment: with handicapped access (very low step) or more suitable for staff.
It features two bedrooms.
- Bedroom #7 with a double bed (cannot be split) and
- Bedroom #8 with two single beds (can be joined to form a double) sharing a Bathroom #6 with a shower.

Pool house: equipped with bathroom, shower, fridge and two single beds (just for an afternoon nap and not to be considered for sleeping as the villa is suited for 18 guests in 8 bedrooms).

The property can be rented with a discount of 25% to no more than 12 guests .
In this case the ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom will be closed and not available to anyone, as well as the possibility of sleeping on the sofa bed.
