Casa da Avó is a centuries-old house, built in the 19th century, and was the home of the Santos Ribeiro family.
In the 21st century, Casa da Avó offers a unique experience, combining the history of the past with the comforts of the present.
Grandma's House retains its original stone walls and wooden floors, creaking with every step, over two hundred years old, preserved and in perfect condition, combined with modern amenities and comforts, such as air conditioning in all rooms, double-glazed aluminium windows that provide thermal and acoustic insulation, comfortable, updated bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances.
Grandma's House consists of three bedrooms – one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the outside, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for children, and one bedroom with two single beds – a shared bathroom, and a laundry room with a washing machine on the upper floor.
On the lower floor, in an open-plan layout, you will find the kitchen, a full bathroom, and the living room, with a sofa that converts into a double bed.
Grandma's House also has a fireplace in the living room, perfectly functional for comfort during winter days and nights.
