Fantastic studio apartment in the world famous Puerto Banús. Guests are minutes from numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and the BEACH! The property features a large double bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, bathroom with bath/shower, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils, and a private terrace that can be closed or opened with an alfresco dining table and seating for 3. Private parking in garage also included.
The apartment has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) and fast fibre optic WIFI (100mbps). The ground floor unit in Urb. Medina Garden has direct access to the communal gardens and large swimming pool. Medina Garden also has a padel tennis court that guests can book to use.
