The road to Casa Margarithas is paved, making it easily accessible all the way. It’s located just 2 km from the village of Árchez and 6 km from the picturesque white village of Cómpeta. Here you’ll find everything you need for your holiday: several small supermarkets, a bakery, a fruit and vegetable shop, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, an internet café, souvenir shops, a medical centre, a dentist, a tourist information office, and much more.

The entire interior is furnished to a high standard of comfort and quality. The house features a large open living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
The living room has two large sofas, satellite TV, and a fireplace. There is also a small work area. This area is air-conditioned. The living room opens onto a beautiful, peaceful tropical garden.
In addition, the house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and a second bedroom with a double bed. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
Behind the house is an open but covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view.
A private 4x2m pool invites you to relax and enjoy the fantastic tranquility of the area, with a small covered terrace and barbecue nearby.
