The online images were nothing like reality. The location wea good and the communication with the property manager was good but the actual apartment was terrible. It was very tired and in desperate need of some attention. The handrail to the mezzanine was broken, the bathroom sink was blocked, there was a birdsnest of cables, I didn't try using the heater as it probably would have set the place on fire. Not great.

place is as described but communication is lacking
The place: good location, close to the park and paddington station, nice neighborhood. The flat is well stocked and as describe, altho bathroom shower is a bit dirty.Taking one star off due to communication and check-in process: This place is ran by an agent who does not monitor message here on vrbo. I had to reach out to them by calling the day before my check-in, only to find out the payment is not done therefore no check-in instructions. We chatted on WhatsApp from there on, and payment is sent through a separate p2p link outside of vrbo, which is a bit annoying. After sending the payment, check-in instructions were not sent to me for another couple hours until I reached out again....The agent responded very quickly and was helpful through the process. it's just more hassle and friction than ideal
