For us, the major attraction of this property is the superb location - within 5 minute walk to 3 museums, and walkable to Kensington Park, the West End, Chelsea. The apartment is aptly described. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive to our requests. It is a shame that the curtains are so poorly hung and look very messy. Also the bathroom doors do not lock and the shower stall bathroom is very small. The bathroom with bathtub is very difficult to shower in.

The location was the only thing good with this rental. When we arrive the hall bathroom tub sprayed water everywhere and would only be hot or cold, the bedroom shower drain was backing up with pink liquid coming out. The host had a plumber fix the drain that day and the tub from spraying everywhere. However, the temperature regulation never got fixed and the shower drain started backing up again the last day of our trip.There were no comforters on the bed which were shown in pictures, 1 set of curtains was removed in the living room, the microwave handle was broken, the toaster was broken and there was a molding pizza in the oven.They would not address any of these issues, they were unaware of the pizza and toaster since we didn’t notice this until a couple of days in our trip.I would not recommend this place to anyone even though the location was terrific

- Sécurité : OK code d'accès et clé sécurisé;
- Situation : top à côté de HIDE PARK dans le quartier de Kensington;
- Ascenseur : OK car le bien est 3ème étage;.
- Taille : OK car plus de 100 mètre carré ;
- Service client réactif mais impuissant face aux divers casses et manquements du logement.
Les - :
- les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité car elles montrent un appartement récent alors qu'en réalité il y a des signes d'usure et de non rafraîchissement de la location.
- la location n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée et impossible de bien nettoyer car pas d'aspirateur;
- la TV ne fonctionnait pas car le réseau internet était trop faible pour puisse qu'elle se connectée.
- il y a bien 2 salles de bain : 1 grande avec baignoire et 1 toute petite avec douche à l'italienne. De plus, la pression d'eau dans les SDB étaient très faible pour se baigner car filet d'eau.
- 1 chaise était endommagée mais le service client a réagit rapidement pour la remplacer.
- Certaines vaisselles étaient ébréchées et la porte du micro onde était aussi cassée.
- Il n'a pas de hotte dans la cuisine et pas assez d'aération donc toutes les pièces ont de la condensation et toutes les portes ne se ferment plus ;
- Il y a aussi pleins de peintures effrités dans les pièces humides et la plus petites chambre avait les draps frais en permanence.
