This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in Gilford NH, just minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee! The property is just minutes from Gunstock Mountain, and a short drive to Waterville Valley, Mount Major, and much more, making it perfect for all seasons.

Home has an open concept family room with a large flat screen and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes brand new appliances, granite counter tops, and a dishwasher. The large wrap-around deck is perfect for grilling on the gas grill, and overlooks the backyard, which has plenty of room for lawn games!
Up the spiral staircase, is the private master bedroom which includes an ensuite bath, flatscreen with cable TV, and a huge walk- in closet.

Home also includes WIFI, and a washer and dryer.

Perfect home for our vacation

Steve's house is beautifully situated in a lot lined with lovely trees and nicely landscaped. Inside, the house is well-appointed and perfect for our family to enjoy time together. Our two adult children and their spouses came to visit with our grandchildren, and everyone felt comfortable.We enjoyed the wrap-around porch, and the master bedroom on the second level made me feel like I was in a treehouse—a bonus since I love trees. Steve is easy to communicate with and is an excellent host. All in all, the perfect vacation spot. Thank you.

Wonderful relaxing vacation!

This home was beautiful and beautifully appointed. It was close to everything we needed and yet quiet for those early morning coffees on the deck. Steve was also very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this vacation home. The only thing I would say is the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. The house is much nicer than the pictures show. After a long day of sun and boating it was so nice to come home to Steve’s house. Thank you!

The location is great because it is between the ski area and the lake. The stairs both to the second floor and the basement would challenge older and younger guests.

Beautiful mountain retreat

We loved our stay at Gunstock Acres. The property is located on a quiet street only 3 minutes away from Gunstock Ski Resort and has good access to grocery stores and shopping which are about about 15 minutes away. The property itself was very well maintained, and above all we loved cooking in the bright, sunny kitchen with all the modern appliances and silverware we needed. The back porch has a great view of the woods and we enjoyed sitting there watching the snow fall. Every detail was done well and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.
