Fantastic 2 bed/2 bath beach front apartment in the Olimpo community, next to the Torreblanca beach in Fuengirola. The sunny terrace has the most amazing sea views, and the beach is literally just across the street.
The apartment has a spacious lounge with 2 sofas, one small and one bigger, TV and dining table. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 individual beds, both rooms have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath tub and one with walk in shower. You reach the private south east facing terrace with morning sun, both from the livingroom and the master bedroom and from here you have the most spectacular sea views.
There is access to an open-air parking and lift in the building. The accommodation is equipped with washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air conditioning throughout the house. The independent kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. We provide all bed linen and towels.
The community offers ample secure parking if you have a car, though you certainly don't need one here, as the apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from Torreblanca or Carvajal train stations with trains that run efficiently, comfortably and affordably between Fuengirola town centre, the airport and Malaga city if you want to visit during the day. The beaches are highly rated in this area and this spot also features a chiringuito beach bar across the street as well as a small children's play area on the sand. This area is a bit more quiet than the center of Fuengirola, but you are still on walking distance from all the services you need such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops and supermarket. The 7 km long beach promenade in Fuengirola offers a fantastic quality of life all year round and, in addition to sun and swimming, is also excellent for walking and cycling.

Nice location including parking and good terrace
Everything is old.
Electricity falls out when using 2 devices at the same time. No extractor hood when cooking and old aluminium windowframes which don't resist any wind.

3 weeks in the Spanish sun!
First the company: good communications, the apartment was as it appeared on the website.
Second the staff: Welcoming and helpful, responded quickly to the few questions I had.
The apartment: was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of fresh bed linen. Water pressure was good in the shower. The kitchen was well equipped (53 glasses!! It was a rainy afternoon) and there was a drawer full of instruction manuals. The washing machine in the nearby laundry room was excellent. The apartment is well situated, right on the seafront with local shops and cafes/restaurants to hand as well as the L1 bus route to the main parts of town.
Would I use the company in the future? Certainly. Would I stay at the same apartment? Yes I would!
Pretty hard to find fault - I used the main bathroom and the bath surface is a bit slippery when under the shower so maybe some stick on non-slip pads (I'm 74 so try and take things carefully)? Some of the cooking pots have seen better days and a few more clothes pegs would be nice. But nothing that would be a deal breaker.

Somos clientes porque nos sentimos muy cómodos
Estar cerca del mar y que son bloques de dos pisos por lo cual los ascensores no estan ocupados siempre!
Solo el horno del 326 si fuera mas grande, estaria perfecto!
