The main floor of this residence offers two en-suite twin bedrooms, a study, and 2 sitting areas, both of which walk out onto the covered patio. Just off the main sitting areas are a spacious fully equipped induction kitchen outfitted with an espresso machine, Miele coffee maker, double ovens, wine cooler, 8 seater dining area, and built-in wok, ideal for the cooking enthusiast, and those who love to entertain.

On the upper level, the Master Suite and first guest en-suite bedroom both enjoy views of the sea and golf course. These bedrooms share an interconnecting walk-in closet; which can be locked off, as well as a shared patio and are outfitted with king beds and offer the option of ceiling fans or air conditioning.

The main patio offers a covered outdoor dining area well suited for parties of 8 as well as an additional seating area ideal for a quiet read or afternoon tea. Just off the main patio is the pool deck with an infinity-edge pool and outdoor shower.

Located just off the pool deck is the fully self-contained detached guest cottage which houses the two remaining twin en-suite bedrooms, which can be converted into king beds. This cottage also offers a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, and fridge, as well as a lounge outfitted with a TV.

Your rental includes the services of a housekeeper. 6 days per week and offers ‘Full Membership’ at Royal Westmoreland. This includes access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Beach, which is only a short drive away.

Full Membership (Social with Golf)

Properties with Full Membership at Royal Westmoreland offer complete access to the resort’s full range of facilities, combining both social and golfing privileges.

Guests can enjoy all standard amenities, including the communal swimming pool, The Sanctuary, The Rum Shak, fitness centre, tennis, pickleball and padel courts, as well as the Beach Club and complimentary shuttle service. In addition, Full Membership includes unrestricted golf tee times (green fees payable locally), providing the ultimate flexibility to enjoy the course at your leisure.

Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026

From 1st May 2026, Royal Westmoreland Resort will introduce an amenity fee. At this villa, that amounts to BDS$300 / US$150 per week, covering all occupants, for access to the resort’s facilities. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland when collecting Resort Passes.

Guests can decline access to the amenities and avoid the fee entirely. If paid, the fee provides full use of all facilities (subject to the property’s membership status) for the duration of the stay; partial access or select-day usage is not available.

Please note the fee is not pro-rated. For example, a 5-night stay at this holiday rental, the amenity fee would be BDS$300 / US$150. A 10-night stay at this property would incur a fee of BDS$600 / US$300.

The new fee applies to all guests on the property as of 1st May 2026, as well as those arriving from that date onward, including bookings made before the introduction of the fee.

Guests are responsible for checking their sunscreen ingredients. Charges will apply for damaged items: up to US$50 per towel and up to US$300 per sheet or coverlet.
