I chose Elie as the place to host my holiday home because it’s somewhere truly special to me. I’ve always loved the soft light on Elie Beach, the peacefulness of the bay, and the gentle charm of the village. There’s something about this place that feels like a sanctuary , calm, beautiful, and quietly uplifting. It’s a joy to share it with others and see guests fall in love with it too.

Welcome to South Sands, a bright and breezy coastal escape right in the heart of Elie. With a sun deck made for morning coffees and lazy afternoons . uninterrupted views from the bedroom stretching out to sea. The beach just steps away, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Tucked into a peaceful yet central location, everything in Elie is just a short stroll away from sandy walks to seaside ice creams and charming local pubs . It’s seaside living at its most relaxed and effortless.
