A lovely Cottage above Gayle, very homely and cosy.
A lovely Cottage above Gayle, very homely and cosy. A lovely river walk across the fields from the cottage down into Gayle and Hawes. The Aysgill waterfall is a beauty. We had a great stay in front of a coal fire in the evenings and had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. The Double bed was very comfortable too and the bathroom was nice and roomy. We managed the river walk down into Gayle and Hawes and from there other walks too, so didn’t need the car. It was a fabulous cottage for us.
