Villa Silvana - pool & fitness & game room

Villa has 250 m2 and 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms are with double beds and one is with 2 single beds that can connected in double bed). There is one baby bed with sheets provided. Each bedroom has TV and AC and each bedroom has a balcony with a view over the water. In the villa there are 3 full bathrooms (2 with shower and one with bath tube) and 2 toilets.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, mini wine fridge, ice maker, coffee machine, blender,...as well as all cooking utensils.
This apartment for rent is on two floors. You climb the stairs to the second floor, and you come to the children's playroom equipped with children's toys, board games, a PS4 console with a joystick and several games, a corner for drawing. There is also a corner for adults with a couch for resting or reading.

There is a game room and a fitness room on the ground floor of the villa. After training, you can take a shower in the bathroom, which is part of the training room. You have at your disposal table football and billiards, as well as an orbitrec (elliptical trainer) and a treadmill, as well as smaller sports equipment. In the same room there is also a TV, Ac, a coffee machine and a large refrigerator.
Below is an open summer kitchen with a 2-plate stove, sink and dishwasher, as well as additional dishes and cutlery. In the open and covered summer kitchen, there is a large fireplace for grilling, as well as all grilling equipment. Dinner can be served at large double wood table and bench.
The entire garden of 2500 m2, as well as the large swimming pool, is for private use. The pool is heated, with salt water (salt dosing, without chlorine) and has an installed counter-current swimming function (waves). Around the pool is a large sunbathing area with a view of the lake, and with lounge furniture and sunbeds and umbrellas. The yard is completely fenced, and our guests receive a remote key to the front door of the villa.

Here you will find peace and quiet, you have a beautiful view of the lake (Prokljansko jezero) where you can swim on the newly renovated beach 20m from the villa. If you are coming by boat, we will try to find you a berth. Skradin and NP Krka are 15-20 minutes away by car or boat, and Šibenik is less than 10 minutes by car. For fishing lovers, it is also a suitable place because the lake is full of bream, mullet and cuttlefish. There are 2 restaurants nearby and 1 coffee bar. The shop is 3 km away.
