Wake up to birdsong, stroll through fields alongside our ponies, and soak up the charm of rural life. Whether you’re enjoying homegrown food, watching horses graze, or simply relaxing in peace, this is a stay designed to nourish the soul.

🚐 About the Caravan
Our vintage caravan has recently had a loving makeover and has welcomed many friends and family on its maiden journey. It's simple, cosy, and full of charm — perfect for those seeking a more natural, stripped-back stay.

Please Note:
There is no central heating – but you’ll stay snug with brand new electric heaters and hot water bottles provided

The gas fire is currently being upgraded to electric

No Wi-Fi or TV, but lots of natural beauty to enjoy — including our horses grazing right outside


🛌 Sleeping Arrangements

1 Double and 1 Twin (Suitable for 2 people). Ideal for travellers who are working or just having a night away as there are 2 separate beds.

Shower, toilet and sink

As with most touring caravans, the bed and lounge area may need setting up upon arrival

🍽️ Self-Catering Facilities
Fridge, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, and hot water, bathroom with hot shower and wash facilities.


Tea, coffee, and a small welcome treat included


Indoor & outdoor seating provided


Access to our training room if you'd like to relax indoors or watch the horses


Fire pit available for guest use



🐴 Life on the Smallholding
We share our space with 7 horses, 8 chickens, two black cats (Ozzy & Meg), Rosie the Rottweiler, and Ollie the Labrador. This is a non-riding equine therapy centre, focusing on groundwork and emotional connection.
We grow our own veg, collect fresh eggs from our hens, and proudly hold a 5-star food hygiene rating. Additional meals can be arranged at an extra cost.

🌸 Optional Extras (bookable during your stay):
– Singing bowl therapy with horses (POA)
– Painting with ponies (1-to-1 session)
– Afternoon tea alongside our gentle herd

🚫 Site Rules & Practical Info:
Check-in: 4pm–6pm | Check-out: 10am

Latest arrival strictly 7pm – no late check-ins

No smoking anywhere on-site (due to hay and wooden buildings)

No pets allowed

Not suitable for infants or children

Free on-site parking

The sea is 2 miles away, with a local riding centre 10 minutes by car
