Charming and cozy Clearwater Beach retreat with a house and separate cottage in TOP LOCATION. The property is located in a quiet and upscale, residential neighborhood of Clearwater North Beach, just a mile away from vibrant Clearwater Beach and its public beach life. Sit on the patio of '32 Steps to the Beach' with a glass of wine or a book and enjoy the beautiful beach views and stunning sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

This two home non-smoking retreat has a fully furnished, well equipped house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen and tastefully decorated living/dining area with a sofa sleeper. You will enjoy the nice patio with its beach views and tropical landscapping. The separate cottage is a tropical efficiency with an open floor plan. It offers a kitchen, a small dining area, a sleeping and a sitting area with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper, a bathroom and a separate outside sitting area in a lush tropical backyard.

The House and The Cottage can be BOOKED TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY and are the perfect place for families, family get togethers or romantic get-aways. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR SPRINGBREAKERS or any group that wants an environment that allows loud parties.

THE AWARD-WINING GULF BEACH IS ONLY 32 STEPS AWAY! Grill, TVs, cable, WIFI, multiple driveways for parking, beautiful landscaping. Walk to shopping, dining or island attractions. Take the public trolley around the island or go as far south as Treasure Island!

Check-in is 4:00pm or later; check-out is promptly at 10:00am to leave time for cleaning crew.

IMPORTANT: We do NOT advertise on Craigslist! Be safe and only deal with the owner.

COVID-19
Pinellas County is open for short term vacation rentals with guidelines that we are following in full.

We take the safety of our guest and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and as cleaning is taking longer than previously it is unlikely that we can offer early check-ins or late checkouts. Our houses have well equipped kitchens and we believe that separate units are the best option for vacationing in the time of Covid-19.

Florida is seeing an increase in cases at the moment and we stress the importance of guests taking travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel to Florida. In the event that the administration halts vacation rentals we would of course refund guests as we could no longer accept them. We have to stress that after two months of cancellations and re-bookings we will not be able to offer refunds if Clearwater Beach remains open for vacation rentals but guests decide not to travel.

Wonderful- All we hoped for and more!

We had a great time at the house and cottage. Everything we needed was there - kitchen supplies, towels and linens, beach supplies, etc. The patios and hot tub were very nice. We sat outside a lot. The beds, pillows and furniture were also more than satisfactory. Having the beach so close was the best. We love walking so this place was ideal. We had a car but didn’t mind the 3/4 mile walk to restaurants and shops. There was a Publix supermarket less than 10 minutes away which was convenient. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We did not hear traffic or any other noise. Amy and Ryan gave us the perfect amount of communication- told us all we needed to know when we needed to know it, but did not intrude on our privacy whatsoever. The whole trip was great including the weather! We would gladly stay here again.

We loved the kitchen and cooked most our meals there. TV controls were a little tricky, but once we figured it out we were good. Lots of beach items in shed that made our beach outings enjoyable and comfortable: umbrellas, chairs and many sand toys. Plenty of beach towels provided. We found a booster chair for our 2 year old to use at the table. There were pack n play baby beds in the closet, also a high chair. .Parking was covered and on the property. We were met with a lovely gift of wine, chips and Halloween candy, Duncan Donuts coffee and toiletries were provided. Wonderful experience for all.

Family Vacation

Our family spent the week of July 3-10 here for vacation and had a great time. When you’re on vacation you want everything to be easy and that’s exactly what Ryan and Amy did for us. From the booking process through check-out, they communicated with us every step of the way. During our stay we had a couple of issues and when we reached out, they were very timely with their response. The house itself is in a great location. You can’t be any closer to the beach without being on the beach itself. It was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with everything we needed for the week; fully stocked kitchen, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, beach towels and bed linens. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and private beach access the house provided for us. With the main action happening at the pier approximately a mile away, it was close enough to walk when we wanted to be part of the “the crowd.” We highly recommend staying here for your next beach vacation!!

We had a great time over Christmas at this house. The kitchen was fully stocked for Christmas dinner. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub is hot which was perfect for really really cold Christmas weather. Stay here. You won’t regret it!

Quiet neighborhood, very close walking distance to beach and one mile walk to restaurants and entertainment versus driving and paying for parking everywhere on the main roads towards the center of Clearwater Beach. Perfect Beach House

This is a beautiful property, very clean and everything you need for a comfortable night stay. The property is only a few steps to the gorgeous white sand beach, which is away from the crowds. Downtown Clearwater is a few minute car or bike ride with amazing food and shops.

Amazing trip to Clearwater

I stayed in this house with my spouse, two kids, parents, and sister and found it to be as good as promised and better. The house was very clean and in great shape, and even with so many people it felt comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed and were delighted to find that the shed was full of beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, and other fun things. The location was fantastic, not too close to the craziness of downtown Clearwater, but literally steps from the beach. Evening walks along the sand were a true highlight, and we found so many beautiful shells and saw so much wildlife, including dolphins swimming just beyond the surf. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay with family or friends.

Great Location

The location was amazing. Away from the hustle of the main drag but still accessible. Beach across the street made for easy access and quick clean ups! Our family had lots of fun at the house playing cards and watching movies, the hot tub was a great feature.

Great home and location

Upon arrival we had an issue with a lock on a closet door in a bedroom. Abby was very quick to respond and resolved the issue for us. We decided to book the cottage as well giving us ample space for our large family. This home was very clean and attention was paid to every detail. Everything needed was supplied. We chose to stay in a couple of nights and forego the dinner wait as we had a party of 11 including a toddler and teenagers. This home had two grills making grilling a very quick process. The short walk to the beach was the best thing of all. We could go back and forth to the house at will. We chose to check out a little early because of Tropical Storm Elsa possibly making landfall in Tampa. I would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house!

We rented the house and cottage together for a family trip. We absolutely loved the house. Very well stocked kitchen and utility room with toys, floats, chairs, and a cart. Rinse off at the back door! Kids loved the hot tub!

The cutest beach house!

This beach house is EXACTLY as described, maybe even better than the provided description. You can see the water from the patio/hot tub, the house is spacious and well decorated, and the pictures just do not do this little place justice. It was super clean and well stocked, the hot tub was PERFECT, and the beds were insanely comfortable. It was the best spot for a weekend birthday celebration with a close group of friends. Neat location!

We really enjoyed being right across the street from the dunes entrance to the beach! The house was well-equipped and my family was quite comfortable during our visit. We also enjoyed the hot tub!
