Hostal Nou de Crespià is a restored 17th-century farmhouse, ideal for families and groups of up to 15 guests looking for peace, privacy and quality time together.

With no neighbours nearby and surrounded by walnut and olive groves, it is a place designed to slow down and truly enjoy time together.

Just 15 minutes from Banyoles, Besalú and Figueres, and 30 minutes from Girona and the Costa Brava, it combines the calm of the countryside with a very well-connected location.

The house is rented بالكامل and with no shared spaces.

The house

Spread over two floors, with spacious and welcoming areas designed for comfortable group stays.

On the ground floor you will find a large entrance hall connecting the living room, dining room, kitchen and one double bedroom with private bathroom.

Upstairs there is a second sitting area and five more bedrooms (four doubles and one triple), all with private bathrooms.

There is also the option to prepare a loft area with space for 2 additional beds, reaching a maximum capacity of 15 guests. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito screens to ensure cool and comfortable nights.

The kitchen

Spacious, bright and fully equipped for cooking without hassle.

It includes an oven, gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer.

You will also find a Nespresso machine and Italian coffee makers, as well as everything needed for daily use: tableware, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils.

We also leave basic essentials at your disposal, such as olive oil, salt, sugar and spices. A space designed for cooking together, extending meals and enjoying shared moments.

Outdoor area

Private pool and a 10,000 m² garden just for you.

Shaded areas, terraces, children’s play area and plenty of space to relax or play.

The trees provide shade in summer and create the perfect setting to unwind, read or simply do nothing.

The pool is open from Easter (or 1 April) until the end of October, with regular maintenance to ensure a pleasant experience.

The property is fully enclosed, with easy access and parking for several cars. No nearby neighbours, just silence, nature and privacy.

Access and conditions

The house is rented in full and is not shared.

Full access to the house, garden and private pool.

Large gas barbecue available all year round. Charcoal is not allowed in summer due to fire regulations.

Before booking

Security deposit: blocked on the card and returned if no damage occurs.

Tourist tax: €2 per person per night (over 16 years old, maximum 7 nights).

Online check-in is required before arrival.
