A beautiful two bed home located in a sought after residential location close to local amenities, and major transport links into the Leeds City Centre and the popular Roundhay Park.

It has just been wonderfully decorated and fully furnished. This house is ideal for friendly professionals, house mates or a family looking for nice place either for short-term or long-term stays.

The space
The Peaceful home is a two storey house within a residential area very close to Roundhay Park. The furniture selection and decoration in the house makes the house a really cosy place to give you an extra relaxing stay.

The house is distributed as follows:

Living room and kitchen are on the ground floor and bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor.

Living Room: Cosy living room with flat-screen smart TV, comfy sofa, some additional chairs and dining table.

Kitchen: The kitchen has an electric hob and is fully equipped with all essential cutlery, pans, glasses, etc.

Bedroom 1: Double bed. The room is provided with hangers, and small toiletries.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds. The room is provided with hangers, and small toiletries.

Bathroom: One private full bathroom and shower on the first floor.

Please Note: Once the reservation is made we will need you to send us a photo of your ID or Passport due to the guest registration process that we must take for security.

A self-check-in system is in place, there is a key locker with a code that we will provide you on the day of check-in.
