Chalet Taiquen is 10 years old. It was built with sturdy materials (such as concrete and steel beams), and its orientation not only offers a fabulous view of the mountains but also provides plenty of natural light throughout the day.

- It features a spacious, fully glass-enclosed living and dining area where you can enjoy mountain sunrises and family poolside afternoons. It includes a fully functional kitchen where you’ll find complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate for your breakfasts. The entire space can be climate-controlled with heat/cool air conditioning and a Tromen heater, allowing you to enjoy it any time of year. You’ll also have access to a 43-inch Smart TV with cable and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

- It features 2 (two) bright bedrooms as well as 2 (two) full bathrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with spacious closets, heat/cool air conditioning, and electric heaters. Additionally, all windows are fitted with blackout curtains.

And of course, you can enjoy the charm of the double pool with a wet beach area and walkway, its large waterfall, and a massage jacuzzi. You’ll also find outdoor furniture where you can have lunch and dinner next to the barbecue, as well as lounge chairs to enjoy long afternoons in the sun.

- It features a covered garage for 2 (two) vehicles.

The Atuel Canyon is one of the region’s main tourist attractions. It is known for the wide variety of activities available there.

Just a few metres from the chalet, you can enjoy activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rafting, zip-lining, canopy tours, 4x4 tours, fishing, catamaran cruises, sandy beaches, canoeing, and much more.

The chalet is located in the exclusive “Solar del Valle” Country Club, which features 24-hour security. Additionally, within the club, you’ll find a small eucalyptus grove with a barbecue area on the banks of the Atuel River.

Just a few metres from the property, you’ll find a wide variety of supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, travel agencies, and adventure tourism operators.

The pool is NOT heated, so we recommend using it between mid-October and April (depending on weather conditions).
