Escape on Lake - Holiday home

Escape on Lake is our family home built in 2023 and is a blend of relaxing and traditional atmosphere in a quiet and peaceful area with a beautiful view of Lake Peruča. A large terrace, a parking space, a covered outdoor seating area, and a heated pool as well as other amenities you need to enjoy your vacation with your family.

The villa is tastefully furnished with a modern/traditional design and fully air conditioned to ensure a cool atmosphere even in the midst of the summer months. The outdoor area is a Dalmatian style with a beautiful view of Lake Peruča.

THE GROUND FLOOR has:

KITCHEN: Fully equipped
ROOM 1: Two single beds that can be joined into a double bed and is located next to BATHROOM 1.

THE FIRST FLOOR of the villa is designed as a sleeping area:

ROOM 2: The double bed has a PRIVATE BATHROOM 2 .
ROOM 3: The double bed has a PRIVATE BATHROOM 3
ROOM 4: The double bed has a PRIVATE BATHROOM 4

The villa is comfortable for 8 people in 4 double rooms. One of the rooms contains two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Each room is equipped with a closet, towels, and sheets. On this floor, all rooms have lake views.

THE OUTDOOR AREA of the house consists of:
Heated pool, deck chairs and umbrellas, furniture
A patio covered with table and chairs.
Car parking

Guests have access to the entire property and the villa, and you have complete privacy.
