About this property

Beautiful and cozy house for rental in Bucerias

If you are looking for great vacations with your family or friends, our house is a great option.

It is located in a condo with 24/7 security guard. The condo shares a great pool, palapa, children games and green area.
The house has 3 full bedrooms with wardrobes and conditioned air. It has 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dinning and living room with conditioned air. There is a private garden at the back of the house with furniture to enjoy a barbecue. Internet is included in the rental. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house, you can rent a car in the airport and get here in less than 20 minutes.

The location of our house is very convenient: there is a supermarket 2 blocks away, public transportation available from this point. The closest beach is 5 minutes away by car; the closest mall with cinema is called Lago Real and is a 10 minutes drive. Nuevo Vallarta area is about the same 10 minutes, Puerto Vallarta is 25 minutes drive and Sayulita is about the same 25 minutes. There are many other beaches and places very close to our house which can be visited.

The house can accomodate up to 6 people. Please check the pictures and contact us with any question or request that you might have.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The host, Luis was very welcoming and quickly addressed any issues we had during our stay. The complex is in a great location with grocery stores a short walk away and easy access to the highway to take a bus to town either way. The unit was well stocked with most things including beach gear and items for children staying there.

We travel to the area at least twice a year, so we decided to purchase this property.

What makes this property unique

Central location to Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta. The pool is a great place to spend with friends, but it is great as well to spend time in the back garden of the house making some barbecue.
