Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Ein Supermarkt war in direkter Nähe. Jedoch hoffnungslos überteuerte Parkplätze. Kostenlose nur in sehr geringem Maße und sehr weit weg. Die Wohnung lies extrem zu wünschen übrig. Angefangen von einem verdreckten und mit Teppich ausgelegten Hausflur bis hin zur Wohnung. Die gesamte Wohnung war in einem verschmutzten Zustand. Das Geschirr noch mit Essensresten vom Vorgänger verschmutzt. Das Wasser in der Spüle lief nicht ab. Mit Mühe haben wir es nutzbar bekommen. Dieses haben wir komplett gereinigt, damit es benutzt werden konnte. Im Schlafzimmer ein Teppich mit Unmengen undefinierbarer Flecken. An den Wänden ebenso. Diese habe ich mit Reiniger entfernen können. Das Bad ebenfalls nicht gereinigt. Es war kein Besen, Kehrblech oder Staubsauger vorhanden. Die Tür zum Badezimmer konnte nur mit Mühe wieder geöffnet werden, wenn diese verschlossen wurde… das Schlafsofa konnte nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden, da der Auszug immer weggerutscht ist. Bettzeug war auch kein weiteres vorhanden, obwohl dritte Person angegeben wurde. Alles im allem zu teuer und kaputt. Die Bilder haben mehr versprochen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief leider sehr schleppend. Schade lediglich die Lage zur nächsten Bahnstation war perfekt.
