Not great experience but thankfully I got a refund

We arrived at the property to find that it was nothing like what was pictured. It was listed as a 2 bedroom that slept 5, and had pictures of what looked like 2 beds, a queen and a double and then a bunk bed. It was actually a studio apartment. After some back and forth the host ghosted me and I had to contact VRBO to get a full refund since we left almost immediately and did not stay in the property. The host has since changed the listing and removed the misleading photos.
