Alison, you booked an apartment claiming it was for a couple with children, but the group actually consisted of three adults, two children, and a dog. During your stay, you used the laundry, shower, and beds, only to cancel the booking a few hours later. Taking advantage of people in this way is unacceptable. Additionally, sending insulting and profane messages because you disagreed with your feedback is hostile and disrespectful, which is not appreciated.
