Lavender Cottage is lovely! The owners, Sally and Kevin, are delightful and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is beautifully clean and very well equipped. There are some nice walks around Bicton Village but also a lot of sheep so we had to go a bit further afield to give our labrador a good off lead run. The nearest pub is in Montford Bridge but we chose to head into Shrewsbury (which is beautiful) to have more choice. We had a great time despite the rain and can thoroughly recommend.

The cottage was perfect exactly what we were after.

The cottage was perfect exactly what we were after. Fantastic location from Shrewsbury but outside enough to feel the rural location and peace. There are no shops within walking distance but that wasn’t an issue as there are super local shops only a short ride away.The property was immaculately clean and very well equipped and you needed for nothing. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and the lemon drizzle cake was amazing. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful traditional type cottage with a very modern and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Immaculately clean and with absolutely anything anyone could need for a stay and a helpful folder of instructions for all the equipment. Beautiful part of the countryside with lots of country walks and only five minutes drive into Shrewsbury.
