Very nice, spacious and atmospheric wooden house of 280 m²,appears delicious and inviting with lots of opportunities for coziness and activity. The house is located 3 km from the Limfjord on a 1500 m² plot with a fantastic view of the landscape and the fjord. A really nice house with the best setting for a successful holiday or the ideal place if the family or friends are to gather. Lovely bright and friendly pool area with 28 m² swimming pool, spa and sauna. Annex with billiards, darts, table football, table tennis and a cozy bar. Outdoors there is a petanque court, football goal, a swing set with a slide and a cozy corner behind the annex, perfect for ball games. Here are absolutely optimal opportunities for activity both inside and outside and here you will want to enjoy nature and summer meals on the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. At the Limfjord it is possible to swim from the bathing jetty or take a walk along the beach. The house has 12 beds: 3 rooms with double beds, 1 room with a double bed and bunk beds and 1 room with 2 single beds. There are 3 bathrooms with toilet, sink, shower, underfloor heating and for the little ones there is a changing table and bathtub. District heating and the cozy wood-burning stove heat the house. If you feel like a little city trip, Skive is about 20 km away and there is plenty of opportunity for shopping and a number of restaurants as well as an excursion to Spøttrup Borg. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED. THE HOUSE IS NOT RENTED TO YOUTH GROUPS.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
