The enclosed terrace offers plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun on the garden furniture and dinner from the barbecue. There is a swing and a sandpit for the children.PLEASE NOTE!!! THERE IS A TV AVAILABLE, BUT NO TV CHANNELS. YOU CAN STREAM FROM YOUR OWN CELL PHONE OR LAPTOP ETC. VIA INTERNET ACCESS TO THE SMART TV.The luxury house has 3 bathrooms with toilet, sink, shower, and underfloor heating, as well as 1 toilet with WC and sink.The luxury house has 18 beds, plus 4 in the attic:4 rooms with double beds,2 rooms with 4 beds in bunks each,1 room with 2 single beds.In addition, there is a 25 m² loft in the attic.A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. There is no pay TV in the house.SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE.NO RENTALS TO YOUTH GROUPS! In addition to the rental price, DKK 1,500 will be charged on site for the mandatory final cleaning.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
