property was fine. Advertised as dog friendly but was told this was not the case ( after accepting booking that specified dog was coming)Asked for highchair to be provided (in booking this was listed as being available). No highchair was provided and when my Wife contacted owner he was very rude and was not helpful at all ( preferring to talk about himself during phonecall)Check-in documents stated that five pounds a day was loaded onto the electricity meter. This was not the case. Very novel to have to pay own electricity when booking a property
