The fully equipped kitchen, dining table for four and a large sofa that can be converted into a bed provide you with maximum comfort and convenience to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.

The master bedroom offers an oasis of tranquility, enhanced by modern and cozy details. Here you will find a private TV to relax before falling asleep and a large closet to conveniently store your belongings.

The private bathroom, elegantly clad in marble-effect stoneware, invites you to relax with a spacious shower. 
Equipped with a bidet and toilet, it ensures maximum comfort and convenience during your stay.

Enjoy super-fast and reliable internet connection throughout the apartment, ideal for staying connected with the outside world or working in peace during your vacation.

The terrace, which comfortably accommodates 4 people, is perfect for outdoor meals or aperitifs.
For privacy lovers, the apartment has a curtain that totally obscures the view from the outside but still lets all the daylight through.

Once you complete your reservation, you will receive detailed instructions on how to independently access the facility via a convenient QR code. Once inside, you will be greeted by an elegant common hallway connecting the three apartments. Your apartment is located just to your left.

To enter, you will simply show the QR code on the dedicated sensor and the door will automatically open for you.
