-Spacious living room with a Roku-enabled TV and vaulted ceilings
-Updated kitchen with quartz counters and a dining unit
-In-unit washer and dryer (Whirlpool)
-Covered Parking location within steps of the unit
-New heating/cooling system
MASTER SUITES: Each suite has a King bed, walk out balconies, smart TVs, and ceiling fans/lights
BATHROOMS: Both master suites have attached full bathrooms with walk in showers
WALK IN CLOSETS: Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. with clothing racks on both sides, mirrors, and a dresser
PETS: VERY LIMITED, but some non-shedding small dogs may be considered. Sorry No Cats, due to allergies
Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet and streaming TV services are available (Roku & YouTube TV with local and popular channels). There is a total of 3 flat-screen smart TVs.
To keep the Condo in exceptional shape, no smoking is allowed in the unit. Thank you!
