Villa and garden do NOT match the pictures
The kitchen had 3 different sets of doors. The only set of 4 matching glasses we could find were large pint glasses with handles, all other glasses looked like they had been scavenged from bars.The luxury sunbeds in the picture were ALL broken, the cushions were torn. Other mismatched sun beds were provided but were heavily worn and the plastic broken in places.Putting green is unusable.The pool table base is broken and hanging off.Weeds were a foot high along the wall to the golf course / next to the pool.There were many missing tiles from the pool leaving sharp edges.The pool cover is torn and as such very difficult to move on and off the pool.The pool net is snapped and unusable.When we tried to use the oven black smoke came billowing out for a minimum of 10 minutes.It rained and the roof leaked leaving a large dangerous puddle on the tiles in the living room.The power went off for a day causing the contents of the freezer to defrost and needing to be replaced.One of the rooms has a curtain covered with mould.There is also clearly an issue with the drains as when laying in the garden there is a distinct smell of waste.When these issues were highlighted to the owner upon check in (Thursday) no response was received till Saturday and the response was a simple sorry.This villa is marketed as a luxury villa and does NOT deliver.
