Authentic Triana Neighborhood Stay

This house worked well for my family of 4 (kids 10&12) for a ten day stay in Sevilla. The neighborhood is comfortably out of the tourist crush, but within easy walking distance to the bridges that put you right in the thick of things. Great shops very close, as well as a big grocery, and we enjoyed checking out the laid back local spots for food. Beds were comfortable -- we were especially grateful for the heavy comforters in the February chill (tip: bring slippers if you're staying in winter months, the tile floors are icey.) Rocio was a great host, super quick to respond to any questions, and particularly amazing when we ran out of hot water at one point -- she had it fixed immediately!
