The house has a gigantic terrace of 250 m² with an outdoor pool, where the water depth is from 1.50 to 2.20 m. This top-class 2-storey luxury house is located on 3,928 m² of hilly land 17 km from the Mediterranean and 10 km from Cómpeta. The house has 2 bathrooms: 1 with toilet, sink and shower and 1 with toilet, 1 sink, shower and spa bath. The house was built in 2004 and completely renovated in 2016-18. In the cold season, the house is heated with an oil heater and the cozy fireplace. A fixed amount of DKK 1,500 per week for consumption. Distance from the Danish/German border is 2,900 km. The house is rented Saturday-Saturday and otherwise by agreement. Bed linen, general. towel and bath towel are included. in the rental price.
