The uniquely stylish, light and bright accommodation is centrally located and comes with a private off-street parking spot that is approximately 7min walk away. The top-floor bedrooms offer stunning sea views. The house is conveniently situated just a couple of minutes walking distance from Falmouth town centre and St Mawes Ferry and 15 to 20 minutes to Gyllyngvase beach.

Spacious newly renovated 4-bedroom townhouse (3 king and 1 double bed), generously sized bathroom with tub and separate shower, fibre broadband, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. A spacious living room with wood burner and 55” smart TV.
There is free on-street parking in the vicinity but as Falmouth can get busy over the summer, we offer a piece-of-mind private off-street parking spot approximately 7min walk from the property.
