About this property

Villa Les Sablettes

Authentic SW France Villa built in the 1920s and has been restored to create a relaxed environment for summer vacations. Family owned and loved for the last 8 years is now ready for you to enjoy.

3 Day Minimum rental

The space
The villa has a Large kitchen and many relaxing spaces throughout the property. Formal dining room for 12 comfortably although we have had more. Also in summer, there is the opportunity for Poolside dining, Oak-tree dining and Wood Shed dining. We like our food.

The villa sits in 4 acres of gardens with a 15m pool and terrace for alfresco dining. A large wood shed sits away from the main house and is the scene for large dinner parties around the wood oven. The grounds are set out for Volleyball, Badminton and table tennis. At sunset head to the beach for the best sunset on the Atlantic coast and back to the house where the night the sky comes alive with stars.

Inside 8 Bedrooms provide adequate space for 16 guests or even just one family. The design is simple but elegant maintaining the original heritage of this magnificent family home on top of a sand dune.

This part of Les Landes still remains peaceful, away from the madness of Hossegor and Biarritz. The landscapes is beautiful and beaches enormous. No traffic or crowds! The position of the house gives access to both the north, Bordeaux and the South Biarritz with both airports approx 55mins away.

What makes this property unique

This property is a classic large family villa, build to enjoy the summers both in the house and outside. It has been simply but elegantly renovated to suit a modern way of living.
