Our newly renovated guesthouse is conveniently located just steps from the port of Civitavecchia, making it an ideal choice for cruise and ferry passengers, whether you're embarking on your journey or looking to relax upon arrival. Situated on the 1st floor (please note, there is no elevator), the guesthouse offers two comfortable rooms, each with a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy modern amenities such as a coffee maker, TV, and air conditioning for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A spacious common area is available for all to share, providing the perfect place to unwind before or after your travels.





City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

Great location. Neat and clean. A bit cramped and no chair. Getting access to the room (keys, codes) was complicated, especially after traveling all night and unavailable until the morning after we arrived. Good experience overall.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Horrible street and building, strange shared kitchen with another guest room (which wasn’t properly advertised - so it is not very private). Only benefit is being very close to cruise port. Owner/manager kept harassing us for payment of the 6 euro city tax before she would give us the instructions to check in which was really strange and not what we wanted to deal with after a long journey. We weren’t able to pay it without WiFi so needed to check in first and eventually they allowed us to check in and then pay. Overall suggest looking for alternatives.
