Offshore - Carbis Bay
Situated just 600 metres from the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach, 500 metres from Porthkidney Beach, and only 2 km from Porthminster Beach, it is fabulously close to some of the best spots on the northern coast of Cornwall.
Set on the ground floor, Offshore has undergone a contemporary refurbishment and features two comfortable bedrooms, a family bathroom, and an open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for home cooking and is fitted with a range of appliances to make your holiday as hassle-free as possible including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all-important coffee machine. One of the highlights of this property is its secure front patio which is perfect for morning coffees or sundowners in the sea air.
Guests have free private parking, and the apartment is just a short 4-minute walk from the centre of Carbis Bay, making it a terrific base for exploring the local area, including St Ives. For outdoor enthusiasts, the coastal path is just down the road, offering stunning views over the coastline, and easy access to nearby beaches. A lovely selection of restaurants can be found close by, like local favourites Becks Fish & Chips, and The Ugly Butterfly - both within a short walk or a 2-minute drive.
Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
For guest’s safety, Offshore has a motion sensor Ring Doorbell, which records guests and visitors when approaching the front door.
