This welcoming hideaway is perfect for two guests and features a spacious living area with views over the Boatfloat and convenient access to local amenities. From the stained glass front door ascend the stairs to the first floor level and into the welcoming living room, furnished with two large sofas, a cozy armchair ideal to snuggle up in and read the latest novel or watch the TV in front of the woodburning stove on those cooler evenings.

After a day of exploring, enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared with the excellent kitchen facilities provided along with a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. Prepare for your next adventure in the contemporary shower room before sinking into the super king-size bed for a restful night's sleep.

Parking

The car park pass provided is valid for Mayors Avenue Car Park, a 5-minute walk away. The permit does not guarantee a parking space, and it can get very busy during the summer and special events, and during Royal Regatta week the car park is closed. A parking permit is provided for the Mayors Avenue Car Park, which is a 5-minute walk away. Please note the Parking permits are now only valid in Mayors Avenue Car park between 3pm and 10am between 25th of May and 1st September. During this time guests would have to use the park and ride at the top of the town.
