Over three floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x second-floor twin with TV. Bathroom with roll-top bath, walk-in shower, basin, WC. Kitchen. Utility. Living/dining room. Central heating. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. TV, Smart TV with Disney+, Netflix and Now TV, (movies and live sports), WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Free roadside parking available. Enclosed rear courtyard with chiminea, furniture and barbecue.
