It is hard to review. We arrived and the vbro was completely flooded due to a burst pipe. Had been flooding for at least a week. The owner is out of the country and does not speak english which made communication very hard. VBRO was worthless and no help during the situation, said to contact the owner. It took waiting on hold for two hours two days later to get a refund.

Family Trip

There was a big problem at the beginning of our stay. Once we informed the host of the problem, he was apologetic and remedied the situation as soon as he could. This a very nice house and the location is great. The listing says 4 king beds, there are actually 4 queen beds. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms and there’s a half bathroom connected to the bedroom on the first floor. Bath towels were provided, but not wash cloths. The entrance is on the side of the house and the code only works on the side door. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The host sent me very limited access information in Spanish. That was the beginning of the difficulties. He never provided an access code for the house. After trying multiple times to get in contact with the host, I had to call VRBO and ended up spending nearly an hour on hold. The host then had a translator call me and inform me that the house had no furniture in it and had water problems. I never got a reason for why I wasnt not informed long before I needed to check in.VRBO customer service took care of us, so good on them. But this host is bad news. Stay away from his property.
