Lreider war die Sauberkeit bei Übernahme nicht gut,Vermieter hatte Firma beauftragt,Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine waren schmutzig, verschimmeltes Brot und Brötchen in der Mikrowelle, Sprung im Ceranfeld, Heizung im Bad defekt!Wir mußten 2 Karten für die Schranken kaufen (10) und beim CheckOut die Karten abgeben ,die 10 waren weg!Ich finde das ist Abzocke und war vorher nicht bekannt!

Lieber Sigfried,
Es tut mir sehr leid, dass das Chalet bei Ihrer Ankunft nicht sauber war. Ich hatte die Reinigung dieses Mal ausgelagert und war zuversichtlich, dass es gründlich gereinigt wird. Ich wusste nicht, dass die Duschheizung nicht funktionierte, aber sie wird ersetzt. Die Kosten für den Zugangspass werden erstattet.
