schöne Villa
Insgesamt sehr schön! ärgerlich war nur, dass wir den Whirlpool nicht wirklich benutzen konnten! Technik fiel immer wieder aus, trotz wiederholtem Begutachten und Einstellen durch den Service-Mann! Schade, da wir diese Villa eigentlich genau wegen diesem Whirlpool anderer Villen vorgezogen haben!!! Darf nicht passieren, aber Rest war sehr schön!

We are truly sorry to hear that Michael felt disappointed, especially since we believed his stay went smoothly. Regarding the Jacuzzi I have to say that we are honestly quite puzzled. We received a message from him on April 8th at 17:46 about it not having power and not turning on. Our maintenance team responded immediately, resolving the issue by 18:58 of the same day (we have all the messaging history in our VRBO conversation log). The jacuzzi was fully operational and available for the rest of his stay.
We always strive to address concerns as quickly as possible and provide the best possible experience for all our guests, so it's disheartening to see comments that don't reflect the whole reality.
Additionally, we did notice after his departure that the toaster had been left with a considerable amount of Nutella inside, making it unusable for the following guests that arrived on that same day. We would have appreciated being notified allowing us to react in time.

Super Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Die verschiedenen gemütlichen und geschmackvollen Sitzgelegenheiten und das Whirlpool eignen sich herrlich zum Verweilen. Unweit gibt es den Taurostrand, der anders als andere recht ursprünglich und schön ist. Ein riesiger Fernseher mit Streamingkanälen ist vorhanden. Die Betten/Matratzen sind sehr gut. Einkaufen kannst du überall, die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht einwandfrei, was sicherlich nun abgestellt ist, denn der Service der Vermieter war sehr gut. Einmal wöchentlich kam die Reinemachfrau und der Gärtner.Ein Auto sollte man schon haben.EinEinkaufsmöglichkei
